A Solid V Wheel Kit is a modular linear motion component designed to roll smoothly along V-Slot Aluminum Extrusion rails in 3D printers, CNC routers, and laser cutters
What is Included
- Solid V Wheel: Made of durable Delrin (POM) with a flat outer perimeter and a V-shaped groove for self-centering track movement.
- Ball Bearings: Two 625 2RS bearings pre-installed or ready to press into the wheel core.
- Precision Shims: Two 5mm shims for proper spacing between bearings.
- Hardware: One M5 nylon lock nut and usually an M5 screw and aluminum spacer, depending on the specific supplier package.
