These terms apply to purchases and service bookings with Tech Hub through our website, including electronics, tools, custom fabrication, and co-working services. Please review them before placing an order or booking.
1. Using our website
Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information. If you are under 18, involve a parent or legal guardian when placing orders or making bookings. Do not misuse the website or use our services for unlawful activities.
2. Products and availability
Products and services are subject to availability. Review the listed specifications and compatibility before ordering, and contact us if you need help. We aim to keep descriptions and prices accurate. If we identify an error or availability issue affecting your order, we will contact you to explain it and agree on a resolution before proceeding. Any change to a confirmed order requires your agreement.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Applicable taxes are included unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges and the order total are displayed at checkout before confirmation. Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Never share passwords, card security codes, or one-time payment codes with our team.
If an order cannot be fulfilled or is cancelled by Tech Hub, any payment collected for the unfulfilled items will be refunded. We may contact you to verify an order if there is a payment or security concern.
4. Shipping and collection
Preparation times, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, and pickup arrangements are described in our Shipping Policy. Please wait for confirmation that a pickup order is ready before visiting.
5. Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains eligibility and how to submit a request. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by these terms.
6. Custom 3D printing and fabrication
Before production, the agreed quote should identify the design or file version, dimensions, material, quantity, price, and expected completion time, as applicable. Please review these details and approve them before work starts. Changes requested after approval may affect the price and completion date; we will confirm any adjustment with you before proceeding.
Only submit files and designs you own or are authorised to use. Sharing a file for manufacture does not transfer ownership of your design to Tech Hub. Custom products made to your approved specifications may be excluded from change-of-mind returns under applicable law. Defective or non-conforming products remain covered by your statutory rights and our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Service bookings and cancellations
Co-working and fabrication bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. Contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to request cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations, no-shows, and custom work already in progress are reviewed according to the booking terms and stage of completion, while preserving your statutory rights. Please follow facility rules and staff safety instructions.
8. Accounts and security
Keep your login details private and contact us if you suspect unauthorised account activity. We may restrict access where necessary to address misuse or security risks, without affecting your rights relating to existing orders.
9. Website content and privacy
Website content belongs to Tech Hub or its respective owners. Please obtain permission before reusing protected text, images, logos, or designs. Personal information is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Issues, applicable law, and updates
If something goes wrong, contact our team with your order or booking details so we can help resolve it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updates will be published on this page with a revised date. Changes do not retrospectively alter confirmed orders or bookings without your agreement or an applicable legal requirement.
