Refund and Returns Policy

At Tech Hub, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchases and bookings. This policy outlines our process for refunds, returns, and cancellations for both physical products and service-based bookings.

1. Product Returns & Refunds

a. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

b. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom orders or special electronic components not stocked regularly.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence.

  • Opened components sensitive to static electricity (e.g., ICs, transistors).

c. Return Process:

  • Email: info@tech-hubeg.com to request a return authorization.

  • Pack the item securely and return it to: Store

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

d. Refunds:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

2. Fabrication Lab & Co-Working Space Bookings

a. Cancellations:

  • Bookings may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of your reservation time.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

b. Refunds:

  • For eligible cancellations, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be returned to your original payment method or offered as store credit, based on your preference.

3. Order Cancellations (Products)

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping with no penalty.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it falls under the return policy.

  • To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@tech-hubeg.com.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you need to exchange an item, email us with your order number and photos (if applicable).
